These gateways ensure your payment is fully encrypted and protected, while allowing you to receive real-time updates and confirmations.
Payment Methods
We currently accept:
- Debit and Credit Cards (via Paystack or Yoco)
- Instant EFT (when available)
- Mobile Wallets (supported by Paystack or Yoco)
Once your payment is made, you will automatically receive a WhatsApp confirmation message with your order and invoice details.
Payment Status Updates
We’ve made tracking your order as simple as chatting on WhatsApp!
- As soon as your payment is confirmed, you will receive a WhatsApp message showing your invoice and payment status.
- You can view your full invoice online through the link provided in the message.
- You can also download a hard copy of your invoice directly from that link.
- Every time the status of your payment or order changes (e.g. “Payment Confirmed”, “Order Packed”, “Shipped”), you’ll automatically receive an update on WhatsApp.
Payments are usually verified and confirmed by our team within less than one hour, ensuring a smooth and transparent shopping experience.
Transaction Security
Your security comes first. All transactions are processed through Paystack and Yoco’s encrypted systems, meaning Apparelcast never stores or has access to your card details.
These payment partners are fully PCI-DSS compliant, giving you the same level of security trusted by major retailers.
Refunds & Disputes
We always aim for 100% satisfaction. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, you can easily request a refund or exchange.
How to request a refund:
1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number, invoice, and photos if needed.
3. Once verified, we will process your refund or replacement within 3–5 business days.
All refunds are securely handled through Paystack or Yoco, and funds are returned to your original payment method.
Important Notes
- You’ll receive real-time WhatsApp notifications for every major payment or order update.
- All invoices remain accessible online and downloadable anytime.
- All refunds and payments are traceable through your transaction ID.
- We do not issue cash refunds — all reversals are processed through Paystack or Yoco.
- Disputes are handled under Paystack’s and Yoco’s buyer protection policies, ensuring safe resolution.
